Dear diary,
Today I rode the chunnel from England to France and have never felt more safe during travel. The ride was only 30 minutes long and there was no traffic. I had recently read an article about the Chunnel stating that is was not safe. Here is what i think about that article. The chunnel has had one accident, with no deaths, since it opened. Who knows how many airline passengers have lost their lives during the same period because of the sabatoge. pilot error, or mechanical failure. I feel safer during the 3 hours it takes to get to Londons Waterloo Station from Paris’ Gare du Nord than I do just driving to the airport to catch a plane. I agree the Chunnel’s financial future is in danger because of the recent fire, but I have no reservations about it’s safety. I intend to resume my Eurostar crossings as soon as the trains resume service. The Chunnel is one os the greatest sources of travel i9n Europe to date.

I’m 15 & I’m wondering if I can use the STA Travel agency?? Is it just like buying tickets from an airline?? because I want a cheap ticket & can’t seem to find any besides this.
If I bought my ticket from here, will it be the same as buying from an airline or will they provide extra services?? I just want a ticket & that’s it. No babysitting, or anything.
Also, share your experience if you’ve used this before.

how should I prepare? The trip is around 20 hours. Any tips about a reservation, seat selection, packing, baby entertainment, dipaer changings, food, immunization, special airline service for baby, etc? My baby will be 9 months old by the time she travels. I have the car seat that is approved by FAA. I bought the seat for her and travel alone with her. I’ll go back to my hometown in Southeast Asia. Thank you very much.

I want to go sometime in August but I was looking for travel tips, sometimes I get one answer, which is to use Orbitz or Priceline, and sometimes they tell me to deal with the airlines directly and sometimes they tell me to go to a travel agent.

My wife and I were scheduled to fly from philly international to north carolina….is it worth even trying to get on a plane on August 11?

Hi, Can you help me out with some of these word probs?
A stone is dropped from the top of a 400 m tower. (Acceleration due to gravity is -9.8 m/s2. Ignore air resistance. Give your answers correct to two decimal places.)
If the stone is thrown downward with a speed of 4 m/s, how long does it take to reach the ground? I get 8.99, but I’m wrong–any hints?
The linear density of a rod of length 1 m is given by ρ(x) = 3 / √x, in grams per centimeter, where x is measured in centimeters from one end of the rod. Find the mass of the rod.

we would be booking flight from US to Asia in the month of June but as travel agent kept promoting northwest or Malaysian airline. We have never tried them before so would like to find out.
I would be flying to Taipei with my 3 kids. Flying with kids is a tiring thing so I need to make sure the airline is at the minimum comfortable before I commit.
We came here with EVA air,I wouldnt say its very comfortable but who can we compare it with?
Can you also please share your pro and cons on each airline you share your review for?

I am travelling to my home country from the USA. I will take two Cathay Pacific flights to Hong Kong & from there to Singapore respectively. But from there I am taking an Indian Airlines flight to my destination in India.
I have a doubt if my checked baggage will automatically reach India directly OR will I have to manually take it out at Singapore and then check it back in at Singapore airport itself (I got this doubt because I am changing from Cathay Pacific to Indian Airlines) at Singapore?
