Best European holiday destination after A-Level exams?

Coastal destinations: possibly Greece, Spain, Portugal, Italy, Croatia, Malta or Gozo…and any beautiful islands
Hot, beaches, nightlife, hot guys, sun, sea, sand, shopping, relatively cheap, some sights to see, culture, good food….and NOT a chavvy holiday such as Marbella/Ibiza full of Brits
And any suggestions for travel agency or airline in terms of economy and quality would also be mucho appreciated 
Would not expect to be a cheap holiday now in Europe due to near parity with the Euro, try some where out of the Euro zone if you want a cheap holiday this year
Portugal – Lisbon. Visit Belém, Parque das Nações, Bairro Alto, etc..
